| The
nursing team is one of the most important components of the
transplantation center.BMT Unit need nurses who are specially trained in
the care of transplant patients. A sufficient number of qualified nurses
must be on duty on a 24-hour basis. Staff numbers should reflect the
amount of activity prevailing in the transplant unit and should be on a
scale comparable to that of an intensive care unit. The nursing team of
our unit includes: |
