Patient Data

The initial pathology report, full clinical data, laboratory and radiological findings are mandatory to reach the proper diagnosis.
Specimen Collection and Transport Instructions

The specimens required are formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue blocks. If the block cannot be sent, send tissue sections mounted on positive charged slides in addition to the corresponding H&E stained slides. Paraffin blocks and slides must be adequately protected to prevent melting in the summer months by shipping blocks and/or slides in cooled containers.

Turnaround Time
Test results are generally supplied within 48-72 hours from receipt of sample. Hard copy results are supplied by fax; emails results are available upon request.
