All
our rooms are supplied by
oxygen and compressed air
outlets.
On giving a code blue in the
ward, the doctor in charge
in the ward, the doctor in
charge in the intermediate
care and two nurses handle
the situation.
The patient is resuscitated
in bed with a crush trolley
fully equipped (according to
ICU protocol).
After stabilization, the
patient is transferred to
the Intermediate Care Unit
for further management.
