Mortality and morbidity meeting is done every Monday at 3 p.m.

This meeting is attended not only by the medical staff but also by nursing and administrative staff.

Registrars are encouraged to present the complications of the previous week and present the pitfalls and suggestions for each patient.

This meeting doubles-up to discuss all the administrative problems of the department and find a practical solution for them.
