Strategy is the plan of action which is designed
to achieve a particular goal and it is
usually for a long term.
Tactic is the plan for attaining a particular
action and is usually for a short term.
There
are five areas to focus on, in our strategy:
Patients, Doctors, Internal Process,
learning, and growth, that's is what Nasser
Institute needs, to promote our business and
keep it always in its excellent levels as
usual.
So
our hospital mission is providing an
advanced and a unique Health Care Service
for patients from Egypt, and other
countries, with a continuous improvement via
education, training, and researches as
perfection has no limits.
